The precious 30 years were wasted on proving the crisis, during which something could have been done.

Crisis has become a daily reality today, and those who seek change are once again asked for alternatives.

Efforts for change are being blocked by forces that wish to maintain the existing system.

Humanity's fossil civilization, which is merely 200 years old, is spoken of as if it were permanent.

Those concerned about the environment are only asked for personal practices, while the socio-economic system shows no signs of change.

Action For Earth aims to break the myth of infinite growth that humanity has been pursuing and to create a sustainable society where future generations and the entire ecosystem coexist within the planet's limits.

What is needed now for the transition to a sustainable society is action for the Earth and solidarity among global citizens.
